Delivery Hours
Our delivery operations run from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please note that we do not make deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders will be dispatched for delivery on the same day or the next working day, depending on stock availability.

Receiving Your Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged merchandise or if there’s an error in your order, please notify us immediately. Indicate any issues on the delivery form as “Damaged” or “Incorrect.” We will promptly arrange for a refund of the affected items or coordinate a collection and replacement of incorrect stock.

Responsibility after Delivery
Once the package is signed for, we assume no further responsibility for any damages that may occur.
